Who is Christian Flores in el salvador?

Christian Mauricio Flores Amaya is a Salvadoran lawyer and public prosecutor who has served as Attorney General of El Salvador since 2019. Flores is a member of the Nuevas Ideas political party.

He was born on October 16, 1973, in San Miguel, El Salvador. He graduated from the University of El Salvador with a law degree in 1996. After graduating, he worked as a lawyer for the Attorney General's Office of El Salvador for 10 years.

In 2006, Flores was appointed as a judge of the Supreme Court of El Salvador. He served in this position for 12 years. During his time on the Supreme Court, he was known for his tough stance on crime and his commitment to fighting corruption.

In 2019, Flores was elected Attorney General of El Salvador by the Legislative Assembly of El Salvador. He is the first person from Nuevas Ideas to hold this position.

Flores is married and has two children.
