What became of the Commercial Trust Company New Jersey?

In an agreement reached in federal court on June 4, 2020, between federal and state banking regulators and Commercial Trust Company (Bank), Bank has agreed to cease conducting the business of a savings bank under New Jersey law, and cease acting as a savings association under federal law.
