Richard D. Gille is the Administrator of Lacey Township, New Jersey. He has served in this role since 2014, and has been with the township since 2011. Prior to his current position, he served as the Planning and Zoning Board Secretary.
Mr. Gille holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Stockton University and a Master of Public Administration degree from Rutgers University. He is also a Certified Municipal Manager.
Mr. Gille is a member of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA), the New Jersey State League of Municipalities (NJSLOM), and the Ocean County Mayors' Association. He is also the Chairman of the Lacey Township Education Foundation.
Mr. Gille has a strong commitment to public service and is dedicated to improving the quality of life for the residents of Lacey Township.
