Historic Shelby Foundation Location: Shelby, NC

The Historic Shelby Foundation Inc. is located in Shelby, Cleveland County, North Carolina. It is not located in Raleigh (Wake County), a common point of confusion due to Raleigh being the state capital.

The foundation works to preserve the architectural and cultural heritage of the Shelby area, including the historic Central Schools Campus and the Earl Scruggs Center.
