What is the landmass of Northern America?

North America is the northern part of America, extending roughly from the Arctic Circle in the north to the Isthmus of Panama in the south excluding Central America. The easternmost point of North America is Cape Spear, Newfoundland, Canada. The westernmost point is Cape Prince of Wales, Alaska or Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
