The Villa By Barton G. is famous because it is set in the former Versace Mansion. Restaurateur Barton G. Weiss made $1 million worth of renovations to the 19,000-square-foot facility. In 1992, previous owner Gianni Versace had made various restorations and expansions already. The Villa houses 10 luxury suites that feature large, Italian marble bathrooms and separate living and sitting areas. Both balcony and patio-rooms are available. Dining can be done pool-side, in-room or at the on-site restaurant, which serves a continental cuisine.
