Where is the sheyenne river in North Dakota?

The Sheyenne River is a major tributary of the Red River of the North in the U.S. state of North Dakota. it is the longest river in North Dakota and flows through the eastern portion of the state.

The Sheyenne River originates near the town of Warwick in Benson County and flows generally in a southeasterly direction through the North Dakota counties of Benson, Ramsey, Eddy, Foster, Griggs, and Traill. It ultimately joins the Red River of the North near the city of Fargo, which is located in Cass County.

The Sheyenne River has a total length of approximately 275 miles (443 kilometers) and drains an area of about 10,000 square miles (25,900 square kilometers). The river is primarily fed by snowmelt and rainfall and is prone to seasonal flooding during the spring and summer months.
