Places to Stay Near Wells, New York

The town of Wells is in the Adirondacks in upstate New York. It's location alongside Lake Algonquin within the Adirondack Park wilderness reserve makes it a destination for outdoor adventurers looking to hike and fish as well as nature enthusiasts seeking a quiet getaway. Wells is a small hamlet with a population of 737 according to the 2000 census, but there are several lodging options in or near the town.

The campsite is closed during the winter.
