Were any cities displaced by Lake Mead?

The construction of the Hoover Dam and the subsequent filling of Lake Mead resulted in the displacement of the towns of St. Thomas and Overton, Nevada, and the villages of Mormon Mesa, Nelson, and Boulder City. The residents were relocated to higher ground, and the remaining structures were submerged under water.
