Visitors to Denali (Mount McKinley)

Denali National Park & Preserve (Alaska) recorded 547,643 recreational visits in 2021 (latest full-year NPS data). The mountain itself (Denali, 20,310 ft) is seen by most visitors from Park Road (mile 0–92) or flightseeing tours. Only ~1,000–1,200 climbers attempt the summit annually; ~50% succeed. Visitation peaks June–August; winter access limited to ski/sled dog.
