What cities does Telemachus visit?

In his search for news about Odysseus, Telemachus visits the cities of Pylos and Sparta. In Pylos, he meets Nestor, an old friend of Odysseus, who tells him that Odysseus was seen leaving Troy with Menelaus but has not been heard of since. In Sparta, he meets Menelaus and Helen, who tell him that Odysseus was delayed on the island of Calypso for seven years but has now left.
