Located in Upper Tumon, Harmony Music Box is very close to Guam's Tumon Bay and touts itself as "Guam's No. 1 Karaoke Bar." The bar features an ever-expanding selection of karaoke tunes in English, Japanese and Korean. Guests sitting at the bar can sing on the open mic for free, but Harmony Music Box also offers private rooms available at an hourly rate. Small- and medium-sized private rooms cost $20 an hour, and a large room is $30 an hour. As of August 2010, every Monday at Harmony Music Box is "buy one, get one free" night, where patrons can enjoy a free alcoholic shot with every beer purchase. Harmony Music Box is open from 7 p.m. to 4 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and from Sunday through Thursday it is open from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. The bar is located on the second level of the Old Town Chinese Restaurant.

In an atmosphere that is friendly to tourists and locals alike, Chance Karaoke offers hotel pick-up and drop-off service and welcomes business travelers and military personnel as well. For those who are a little bashful, Chance Karaoke has private rooms available for a more intimate setting, but most choose to belt out tunes at the club's expansive bar. Located in the Cliff Hotel in Agana Heights, Taotaomona Lounge opens at 4 p.m. and closes at 2 a.m. While not solely a karaoke bar, the lounge has karaoke offerings as well as a pool table. Taotaomona Lounge's daily Happy Hour runs from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and guests can enjoy free popcorn and pupus while partaking in karaoke. Taotaomona Lounge welcomes private parties and groups looking to hold special events at the venue. In 2007, GU Magazine nominated Taotaomona Lounge as the best place for beverages on a budget for its "Best of Guam" issue.
