Bermuda is a popular resort destination, well known for its beaches, sunny weather, pink sand and deep blue waters. Golf resorts are extremely popular in Bermuda, not to mention easy to find. With nine golf courses spread over 20.6 square miles, Bermuda has the most golf courses (including the Bermuda Golf Academy) per square mile of any country.

    • The Bermuda Fairmont Southampton resort, perched on the island's highest point, overlooks gardens and sandy beaches. Amenities range from golf to snorkeling the reefs. Jet skis are available. There are six restaurants on the grounds of the resort. Golf packages for Port Royal, Belmont Hills and Riddell's Bay are also available and within a close distance to the Fairmont Southampton. The Fairmont Southampton Golf Course is a 2,684-yard course, unique for the strong winds that will require you to use many of your clubs. Golf lessons are available for those who are interested.

    Pompano Beach Club

    • Overlooking Bermuda's southwest coast and right next door to the Robert Trent Jones designed Port Royal Golf Course, this 74-room resort offers several ocean-view accommodation options. Snorkeling, water sports, a game room, three outdoor hot tubs, two pools, tennis and close proximity to golf are all available at this resort. A round of golf on the public Port Royal course, as of June 2010, is $165 per person including a shared cart; there also is a "sunset rate" of $102 per person after 3 p.m. .

With 410 guest rooms and suites available in a wide variety of styles and sizes, it can suit the needs of any guest. Guests of the Fairmont Hamilton Princess Bermuda can play golf at Riddell’s Bay Golf and Country Club as well as at The Fairmont Southampton Golf Course. The Riddle's Bay course is the oldest in Bermuda is an 18-hole course that is only 600 yards at its widest point. A round is $155 per person (as of June 2010).
