Is monticello lake in South Carolina haunted?

Monticello Lake is not a lake nor located in South Carolina. Monticello is indeed an estate once lived in by former US President Thomas Jefferson who died on the estate. There are some who suggest Monticello is haunted by both Thomas Jefferson and Sally Hemings who was a female enslaved by and who had several children for President Jefferson.
