Which is the southernmost capital city in Israel?

There is no capital city in Israel that is located in the southern part of the country. Jerusalem is the only capital city of Israel and it is located in the central part of the country. Tel Aviv is the second largest city and a commercial capital of Israel but it is not the capital city of the country.
