Escape the February chill by visiting one of London's many free museums. Thanks to the Lottery Fund, most of the major museums in London are free. Some may charge a small fee for special exhibits. Tate Modern is one of London's most popular museums. The contemporary art museum houses everyone from Picasso and Dali to Damien Hirst and Andy Warhol. The large museum constantly updates its collection. Don't forget to enjoy tea time at the cafe on the fourth floor to see one of the best views of London.
