Does Big Ben Border Any Water? No—But the Thames Flows Through London

No bodies of water border Big Ben.

Big Ben is the nickname for the Great Bell inside the Elizabeth Tower at the Palace of Westminster in London.

The River Thames flows through London, passing near the Palace of Westminster, but it is not adjacent to the tower itself—there is a riverside walk (Victoria Embankment) between the building and the water.
