Does England Celebrate Thanksgiving?

No, England (and the UK) does not celebrate Thanksgiving. While the holiday's roots trace to English harvest festivals and the 1621 Plymouth feast involved English Pilgrims, Thanksgiving evolved into a distinctly American (and Canadian) national holiday. The UK has no equivalent national observance.
