Do England do nothing on Thanksgiving?

England and the United Kingdom do not celebrate Thanksgiving. While the custom originated in English culture, in the United States it became a distinctly American holiday.

Thanksgiving is mainly observed in the U.S. and several other countries with historical or cultural ties to the first Thanksgiving, such as Canada and Liberia, who, despite not having any connection to the American Thanksgiving, were influenced by American tradition.
