What is aName of Manchester mayor?

As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, the Mayor of Manchester is Andy Burnham, who has been in office since May 2017. However, please note that this information could be outdated as elections may have occurred after this date. To obtain the most up-to-date information, I recommend checking a reputable news source or the official website of the Manchester City Council.
