What does the new york state flag look like?

The New York State flag has a navy blue field with the State Seal of New York in the center. The seal features a woman adorned in a Liberty Cap standing beside the Hudson River. The woman's left hand holds a staff with a liberty cap on top, while her right hand is resting on a shield displaying a mountain, a river and the sun over the motto "EXCELSIOR". Below the shield, there are two ships passing eachother on the river. The seal is placed in the center of a golden-yellow sunburst.
