Weight Ranges and Zones

* Weight Ranges: Weight is expressed in pounds; there are 16 ounces in 1 pound.

* Zones: Shipping rates are determined based on the weight and zone of the destination. The zones are:

1. Zone 1 (Canada): includes Canada

2. Zone 2 (Europe, Middle East, and Africa): includes countries on the list of qualifying European countries

3. Zone 3: All other countries, including most of Asia and South America

* Additional Fees and Charges:

* Oversized Package Fee: In addition to postage, you will be charged an additional $15 for any package over 1 cubic foot in size.

* Declared Value: If you want to insure your package, you must declare its value at the time of shipping and pay an additional fee based on the declared value.

* Customs and Import Fees: The recipient may be required to pay customs and import fees when the package arrives in their country. These fees are separate from postage and must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the package.

* Tracking and Insurance:

* Tracking: All international packages are tracked to the point of departure and should be delivered within 7-10 business days; however, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

* Insurance: First-Class Package International Service insurance may be purchased at an additional cost during shipping for parcels valued at up to $200. Priority Mail International insurance is included for parcels valued up to $200. Additional insurance may be purchased for parcels exceeding $200.
