Nestled between Southaven and Henderson in Mississippi, Nesbit is home to rock legend Jerry Lee Lewis. French for “Good Earth,” the Bonne Terre Country Inn is a bed-and-breakfast hotel on 23 acres in Nesbit, Mississippi, just 20 minutes from downtown Memphis, the Memphis International Airport and the Tunica Casinos.
The Inn features four rooms downstairs and nine upstairs, all appointed with French or English antiques and high-quality fabrics. The two-bedroom Chelsea Suite, located above the stable, is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and living room with fireplace. Rooms feature a patio or balcony and many come with a fireplace or whirlpool tub.
Complimentary breakfast is served every morning and guests are invited to dine at the Inn's on-site restaurant, Cafe Bonne Terre, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. Menu items include carmelized sea scallops, grilled rib-eye, and roasted pistachio crusted Atlantic salmon.
Bonne Terre can accommodate parties and meetings for up to 200 people in one of its two meeting rooms. Ashley Hall is the larger meeting space while the Fountain Room can accommodate up to 40 people.

You'll find the Magnolia Inn & Suites about five miles outside of Nesbit in Southaven, Mississippi. This hotel features themed suites with their own whirlpool bathtubs. Choose from the romantic red heart room, the Caribbean-themed Blue Room or the elegant white-columned Roman-themed room. Themed suites also include optional champagne, rose petals and chocolates. Other lodging choices include single and double rooms, with or without a kitchen.
The Magnolia Inn also serves a complimentary continental breakfast and is just minutes from the home of the Memphis Grizzlies, the Memphis Zoo and the Tunica casinos. This hotel is not handicap accessible and pets are not allowed.
