Paesanos offers classic Mediterranean and contemporary Italian fine dining at the water’s edge on the River Walk. Guests can dine indoors or on an outdoor terrace for views of the River Walk. Specialties include shrimp Paesano, Lemon Peppered Salmon and filet mignon with spinach jalapeno polenta. There is an extensive selection of pastas, along with zuppa (soup) of lobster and roasted pepper. Antipastos include beef tenderloin chipotle wonton and seared tuna with lime-caper aioli.
