• A few highly regarded publications, including the New York Times and Frommer's, have given this hotel a positive review. According to Frommer's, in 2004, "this small hotel is brand new, utterly charming, and a terrific value," something that is hard to come by in New York City. According to a 2003 publication of the New York Times, Chelsea Lodge is a good choice because it offers "spotless accommodations" with a central location and a "dash of style" at a cheap price.
