According to the MHVillage website, Rhode Island was one of the first parts of the country to feature mobile home parks. While some parks are for seniors and others are for families, all of them offer affordable lodging. Many manufactured home parks also have amenities such as a clubhouse and various organized activities. Whether residents lease just a site or a mobile home itself depends on the setup at the park.
