Wichita, Kansas, is an American crossroads city built on cows and aviation. Bonefish Grill is a seafood chain dedicated to serving the freshest seafood from around the globe. On a given night, diners may feast on Norwegian salmon, Idaho rainbow trout, Chilean sea bass or cold water lobster, complemented with sides of mango salsa, chimichurri and lemon butter. If you're hankering for a plate of catfish, Just Catfish is the place. Diners have a choice of catfish prepared five ways: fried Cajun or southern style, sauteed, grilled or blackened. The whiskery fish are on sandwiches, platters and in a catfish salad. Sides include hush puppies, fried okra and corn on the cob. There is fried and baked chicken, too. Just Catfish is open six days a week, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Live music is on Thursday nights.
