Bombay Spice Grill and Wine is a new establishment, specializing in "the best fresh, healthy, redefined Indian cuisine." The restaurant does not use many traditional Indian products that are now considered unhealthy, such as butter, ghee (refined butter) and cream, making it a healthy alternative Indian restaurant. Bombay Spice is especially suitable for health-conscious or vegetarian diners; most menu items are gluten-free and there are many vegetarian and vegan offerings. Bombay Spice also offers 40 international wines at $20 per bottle or $6 per glass. On Mondays, wine is only $10 per bottle.
