There are many international airlines that fly into Ghana's commercial airports, particularly Accra Kotoka International Airport. Many of these airlines are Africa-based airlines, including Aero Contractors (Nigeria), Afriqiyah Airlines, Air Burkina, Air Ivoire (Cote d' Ivoire), Arik Air (Nigeria), ASKY (Togo), Ceiba International (Equatorial Guinea), Egypt Air, Ethiopian Airlines, Kenya Airways, Royal Air Moroq (Morocco), South African Airways and Virgin Nigeria Airlines.
Several other airlines flying into Ghana are based in Europe, including Alitalia (Italy), British Airways, Brussels Airlines (Brussels), KLM KL Royal Dutch Airlines (the Netherlands), Lufthansa Airlines (Germany) and Virgin Atlantic Airline (Britain).
There are three airlines based in the Middle East that fly to Ghana: Emirates Airlines (United Arab Emirates), Middle East Airlines (Lebanon) and Turkish Airlines.
Lastly, there are two North America-based airlines that fly into Ghana: Delta (United States) and United Airlines (United States). United Airlines added nonstop flights to Ghana in 2010.
There are three airlines based in Ghana that offer flights between the country's various airports: Antrak Air, Air Shuttle and City Link.
In addition to the various commercial airlines that fly to and from Ghana, there are seven cargo-carrying airlines that fly into the country: Aerogem Aviation Limited, Africa West Cargo, Air Ghana, Cargolux, Das Air Cargo, DHL and MK Airlines.
