      Book your tickets by visiting the Turkish Airlines Web site (see Resources below). You can also call the airline directly at 011 (+90) 212 444 0 849.

      Join "Miles & Smiles," Turkish Airlines's frequent-flyer program, via the Web site prior to booking to start earning credits toward future flights (see Resources below). Click on "Miles & Smiles" to sign up.

      Print your confirmation once you have entered all of your information and purchased your tickets online.

      Notify the airline if you have special meal requirements.

      Check that your baggage meets the weight requirements. Business-class travelers are allowed two pieces of checked baggage, with a combined weight of 30 kg. (66 lbs.). Economy travelers may check two pieces of baggage with a weight limit of 20 kg. (44 lbs.). If you need to take extra baggage, call the reservation office as soon as possible to make arrangements.
