The Mica Dam is a concrete-filled rockfill embankment dam near Revelstoke, British Columbia, Canada. It is the sixth largest dam in the world by volume and the highest dam in Canada. The dam was built between 1973 and 1983, and generating began in 1976. The total cost of the project was $1.2 billion.
