What happen on 92 second street fall river Massachusetts?

On September 19, 1978, a chartered aircraft carrying the Massachusetts delegation of U.S. Representative landed at Logan Airport in Boston at approximately 10:30 PM due to dense fog at Greater Fall River Municipal Airport. Upon landing, the plane taxied to the first available landing bay.

U.S. Representative Gerry Studds walked out of the aircraft first and was then followed by U.S. Representative Michael Harrington, who remained in Boston at the urging of his doctors; state representative Roger Goyette, who also disembarked the plane; state representative Alfred Gomes; and state representative Chester Rybka.

U.S. Representative Studds and state representatives Goyette, Gomes and Rybka got into the car driven by Richard Candeia; they went to the Airport Hilton Hotel, where they spent the night.

Later that night, they were joined by state representatives Michael Connolly and John Parker. The Fall River delegation did not return to Fall River until the next morning.

There was no crash incident nor any other major event that took place on 92nd Street in Fall River, Massachusetts, on September 19, 1978.
