Who said tradition says only the Alamo defendor to be buried?

The tradition of only burying Alamo defenders in the Alamo only applies to the bodies of those who fought in the battle. In fact, most people who died at the Alamo were not even Texans, but were Mexican soldiers who were killed during the battle. There are a few non-Texans buried at the Alamo, including a woman named Susanna Dickinson who died during the battle.
