  1. 14-Night South America Cruise

    • Royal Caribbean's Mariner of the Seas sails from Valparaiso, Chile, to Santos, Brazil, located 50 miles south of Sao Paulo. The ship also stops at Cape Horn, Chile; Montevideo, Uruguay; and Ushuaia, Argentina; it also tours the Chilean fjords and the Strait of Magellan. Shore excursions include wine tasting in the Chilean Casablanca Valley and Uruguay's Juanico region.

      The ship has a capacity of more than 3,100 people. Its most basic accommodations, the interior cabins, offer private bathrooms and vanity areas. Onboard activities include ice skating, rock climbing and miniature golf.

    8-Night Argentina & Uruguay Cruise

The round-trip cruise from Santos, Brazil, includes two full days at sea and a stop at the Brazilian island of Ilhabela, which is filled with volcanoes, jungles, beaches and more than 350 waterfalls.

      The ship's amenities include two swimming pools, four whirlpools, a teen disco and a supervised play zone for children. Splendour of the Seas accommodates 2,076 passengers. Its deluxe suites feature bathtubs and sofa beds.

    7-Night Brazil Cruise

    • The cruise on Vision of the Seas begins in Rio de Janeiro and visits such locations as Ilhabela, Buzios, Santos and Salvador De Bahia. Many of these areas offer numerous outdoor recreational activities, including Buzios' excellent windsurfing, sailing and surfing.

      Vision of the Seas holds 2,435 passengers and has four different types of accommodations, including deluxe suites and cabins with balconies or ocean views. Guests may peruse the ship's onboard shops or play in the casino, among other diversions.
