One schedule focuses on Scotland, with three Scottish stops plus the Orkney Islands, as well as Dublin and Waterford, Ireland.     • Holland America offers some interesting British Isle options with the cruise ship Prinsendam. The line's 14-day cruises visit the major ports plus places like Brest in France, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Skye and the northern fishing port of Scrabster.     Cunard Line
