Royal Caribbean has devoted the Mariner of the Seas to Mexico sailings. This 4.5-star ship was built in 2003 and was fully refurbished in 2007. With a capacity of more than 3,000, passengers can enjoy a rock climbing wall, miniature golf course or ice skating rink. The Royal Promenade is an area the length of a football field full of shopping and restaurants. Other on-board restaurant options include the Windjammer cafe, and two reservations-only alternatives to the main dining room. It has a passenger capacity of 2,600 and includes a specialty disco lounge and nightclub.
