- Has caused severe bodily harm or death to a person or animal
- Has a propensity or inclination to attack or inflict severe injury upon a person or animal
- Has been trained to attack or inflict severe injury upon a person or animal
Pitbulls are not specifically named as a vicious breed in the city ordinance, but they may be classified as such if they meet the criteria listed above. Owners of pitbulls or any other dog that may be considered vicious or potentially vicious are required to comply with the following regulations:
