You can choose to stay at Sunny South for vacation, seasonally or a lifetime. This resort offers daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual rate prices. RV spaces include full hookups and storage sheds, while mobile homes are available in either a one- or two-bedroom. In 2009, the resort owner's refurbished all mobile homes in the resort community, as well as built a new clubhouse and community swimming pool. Pets are allowed with the manager's approval.
