Dilltown is a small town located 10 miles north of Johnston, Pennsylvania with a population of approximately 71 people. There is one boutique hotel located in Dilltown, but there are more in other towns in the area. Dilltown is home to the Ghost Town Trail, a limestone-surfaced trail that runs through mining communities along the Blacklick Creek.

    • The Inn at Mountain View is located 34 miles from Dilltown in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. This hotel was first built in 1920's overlooking the Laurel Mountains.
