Errata is a small community in south Mississippi's Jones County near the city of Laurel. It is a rural community made up of a few spread-out farms and private homes. Errata itself has no hotels but several can be found by taking Interstate 59 a few miles south to Laurel.
The Comfort Suites hotel is located just over eight miles south of Errata, just off of Interstate 59. It is a suite-only, budget motor hotel located close to local restaurants and shopping areas. The Econo Lodge hotel is just under nine miles south of Errata, along Highway 15, near downtown Laurel. It is a budget hotel with basic guest amenities near to local shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The hotel does have its own outdoor pool and select business facilities. Breakfast is the only meal available from the hotel's dining room so nearby dining options include Laredo Mexican Grill, Western Sizzlin' Steakhouse and Eatza Pizza. Things to do in the area include Bear Creek Golf Club, Big Creek Water Park and Hattiesburg Theatre.
The Holiday Inn Express hotel is just over eight miles from Errata, near downtown Laurel. It is a modern, clean, budget motor hotel with its own gym facilities and indoor pool. Other guest amenities include a whirlpool hot tub and a sauna. A daily hot breakfast bar is available as part of the room price; lunch and dinner are not served.
