Glandorf, Ohio, is a rural farming village in the northwestern portion of the state, just outside of Ottawa and about two and a half hours away from Columbus. As of 2009, the population of this village was 958. Founded in 1834, it is named after the town of Glandorf in Germany, which was the birthplace of the founders. Because of its size, most of the accommodations are in the nearby towns of Bluffton and Findlay.
