This Holiday Inn Express is right off Interstate 24, making a day trip to the Land Between the Lakes National Park approximately 30 minutes. This national park is lodged between Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley, both of which provide chances for fishing and kayaking. Land Between the Lakes also features the Golden Pond Aquarium and equestrian trails. As of winter 2011, pets may stay at Holiday Inn Express for free. Guests may only have two 25-pound dogs per room. The hotel serves breakfast and offers an indoor swimming area with whirlpool tub.
