This exclusive town consists of a tight-knit community, in which all of its 1,400 homes belong to a homeowner's association. The members of Shady Hollow Homeowners Association are entitled to use the community-owned amenities, including a recreational center, swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, parks and hiking trails. If you are going to visit Shady Hollow, you will need to find accommodation in a nearby town, such as Austin or Buda.
