Karnack, a small rural farming town in Texas, lies on the edge of the Expansive Caddo Lake less then five miles from the Louisiana border. Karnack is home to the Longhorn Army Ammunition Plant and Caddo Lake State Park, and visitors can tour Caddo Lake on a steam-powered paddleboat. No hotels are within the small community, but there are several choices within 20 miles.
