Interstate 285 is a loop around Atlanta. Exit 28 is at the north-center of the city, near the intersection of Highway 400, which goes south into the city, and Highway 19, which goes north, between Sandy Springs and Dunwoody. The area around Exit 28 gives access to Northside and St. Joseph's Hospitals. Also nearby is Murphey-Candler Park, which has open areas and a small lake. The Perimeter Mall, as well as Sanford-Brown College, is on the north side of the interstate.
