Experiment, Georgia, is located in the west-central portion of the state about 50 minutes south of Atlanta. As of 2007, the population of this small town was about 3,500. Experiment takes its name from the University of Georgia's agricultural experiment facility that is located here. There are five hotels in Experiment, all clustered together along Highway 19. Though their street addresses are listed in the nearby town of Griffin, these hotels are actually much closer to Experiment than Griffin.
