Hotel Stechelberg is the only hotel in the village. The property includes a main hotel with a chalet directly across from it. The former offers seven rooms, while the latter offers nine. All have spectacular mountain or valley views with private balconies and baths. A buffet breakfast is available. There are numerous trails from the hotel in Stechelberg leading to the one of the biggest nature reservations in Switzerland, the UNESCO World Heritage-Jungfrau-Aletsch-Bietschhorn. You can also take a cable car to a revolving restaurant, Piz Gloria, on the summit of Schilthorn, which is only a half-hour away.
