The Mansion, located in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino, is a property of 30 apartment-style villas mimicking an Italian villa near Florence, surrounded by a courtyard designed after the gardens at a Medici family estate. Each villa has its own indoor pool, two spas, a private casino, screening and conference rooms, and art collections ranging from the Tang dynasty to works by Picasso and Matisse. The Mansion also boasts luxuries like heated tile floors in the bathrooms and a private butler for each villa, as well as two trained chefs on-site. The artificial courtyard surrounding the villas stays at 72 degrees year round, allowing for an escape from Nevada's hot climate and desert landscape, and helps it to remain well isolated from the busy Vegas nightlife. Near the Master Villa are two bungalows, one with a four-poster bed and the other with twin beds, as well as a private swimming pool. Hotel Le Toiny arranges activities for guests including snorkeling, surfing, windsurfing, fishing, hiking, boating, golf, tennis and diving.
