Barberville is a small community in east-central Florida just 20 miles from Daytona Beach. Although there are no hotels within Barberville, there is a handful in the surrounding communities. Barberville is home to the Pioneer Settlement for the Creative Arts, which is an assembly of historic building moved from all around Florida to create an interactive historical village.
Blair’s Jungle Den is five miles west of Barberville on the St. Johns River. The riverfront motel is adjacent to Lake George State Forest and only a mile boat ride to Lake George. Clarion Hotel is 12 miles southeast of Barberville in northern De Land. Its located is within two miles of Stetson University and the Clark Bay Conservation Area.
