The islands of Trinidad and Tobago together comprise the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, an independent country found in the Caribbean Sea, north of Venezuela. Tamaras, one of Coco Reef's on-site restaurants, serves international dishes that include locally produced ingredients. Guests dine while gazing at the Caribbean. Bacchanals, a casual restaurant, serves many Caribbean dishes, either in the restaurant or outside on the deck.
