This hotel is located on the beach, a few miles west of St. Petersburg, Florida. Formerly a motel property, it has been fully renovated into a boutique hotel with a retro feel. The interior is decorated with vintage furniture and local artists have contributed photography and paintings to many of the rooms. There are two restaurants on the property, Wildwood BBQ & Burger and PCI Beach Bar & Snack Shack. In addition to the beach, there is a large pool in the hotel's courtyard.

This 10-room hotel is sandwiched between two of Siesta Keys' beaches, and sits directly on Heron Lagoon. All rooms are single bedroom bungalows, often with sleeper sofas in the living room area. Each room has a sitting area, kitchen, bathroom and most have either a private deck or seating areas in the courtyard. The pool overlooks the lagoon, and is next to the community barbecue area, which is available for all guests to use. There is no restaurant on the premises, however numerous dining establishments are within an easy walk or drive of the property.
